2018 Taste of Summer Food Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in participating in the 2018 Taste of Summer Festival at Central Park, (1500 S. Main) in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma Broken Arrow. Taste of Summer will be held on June 9th from 10a-3p.
Application Deadline: Friday, May 25th 2018 by 5p.m.
Please complete and submit the following:
1. Application form
2. Copy of printed menu with prices
3. Copy of insurance
4. At least 1 photo (no larger than 4" x 6") showing your overall trailer display. Space Rental is due at time of application

Space rental rate for food vendors is: $500 flat fee, $25.00 maintenance deposit, vendor retains 100% of gross sales. Space Rental fee is non-refundable; $25 maintenance deposit will be refunded after festival.
Entry Deadline:
All applications must be received by Friday, May 25th, 2018. You will receive notification of acceptance by May 30th.

Set Up
Vendors can begin setting up on Saturday, June 9th at 6:00 a.m. All vendors must be ready for Health Department Visits by 8:30 a.m. All vendors must be set up and ready to serve by 9:30 a.m.
Vendor ID
Vendors will receive 3 wrist bands and 3 vendor ID’s. You will be required to have these on to get in and out of the festival.
Festival Hours
10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Entry Deadline
All applications must be received by Friday, May 25th, 2018. You will receive notification of acceptance by May 30th.
All electrical needs must be included in the application.
A water connection will be made available. It is the responsibility of the vendor to provide water hose.
Tear Down
Early tear down is not permitted. The festival ends at 3:00 p.m.
Health Permit
A Tulsa County Health Department permit must be displayed to the public by the vendor. Vendor must be ready for inspection by the Tulsa County Health Department by 9:00 a.m. on the day of the show.
Tax Rate
8.517% (If you do not have a permit, tax will be collected at the end of the festival.)
Additional parking will be available (weather permitting) in the old softball fields behind the community center swimming pool. A parking pass will be required to park or you will be required to pay $5. If you park in unassigned areas your vehicle may be towed at owner’s expense.
