2018 Rooster Days Outdoor Marketplace Exhibitor Application

Thank you for your interest in being a marketplace exhibitor at the Rooster Days Festival in Broken Arrow. We want to take this opportunity to share with you the procedures in becoming an exhibitor in our festival. We also ask that you keep this letter in your files for further reference.
APPLICATION DEADLINE: APRIL 30, 2018
Festival dates and hours:
Thursday, May 10th: 4:00pm to 10:00pm / Friday, May 11th: 4:00pm to 11:00pm / Saturday, May 12th: 10:00am to 11:00pm / Sunday, May 13th: 10:00am to 6:00pm
Thursday, May 10th: 4:00pm to 10:00pm
Friday, May 11th: 4:00pm to 11:00pm
Saturday, May 12th: 10:00am to 11:00pm
Sunday, May 13th: 10am to 6:00pm
Application Procedure:
1. Application Form
2. Tax permit
3. Signed contract
The indoor Marketplace Rules and Regulations Contract will be emailed to you once your application has been submitted.
The max file size is 10MB. If your files exceed this amount, please email them to leona.nash@bachamber.com.
5. Payment in the form of a check or money order. Please make check payable to the Broken Arrow Chamber.
Please mail your check to the Broken Arrow Chamber Office, 210 N Main Street, Suite C, Broken Arrow, OK 74012.
PAYMENT MUST BE TURNED IN WIHTIN 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS OF SUBMITTING YOUR APPLICATION. PAYMENT WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL YOU ARE ACCEPTED AS A VENDOR. IF YOU ARE NOT ACCEPTED AS A VENDOR, OR ALL SPOTS ARE FULL, WE WILL MAIL YOUR PAYMENT BACK.
Someone from the chamber will follow up with you about your payment once the contract is submitted.
Notification:
If you are accepted as a marketplace vendor, you will be notified via email of your acceptance.
Waiting List:
If our response to you indicates that you have been placed on a waiting list, you will remain on the waiting list until there is an opening. If an opening becomes available, we will notify you immediately and send you the necessary contract to be returned to us with the required payment.

**Since this application is being submitted after December 31, 2017, you will be eligible for the early bird price. Please select either the $250 or the $350 option. Thank you.
**Using electricity without prior consent will result in a $50 per day charge to the vendor booth.
***Electricity is limited and will sell out. We suggest you apply early.

Payment is due within 5-7 business days of submitting the application. Your application is not complete until payment is received.
