We will explore with participants the fascinating but sometimes challenging part of running a business.  People are the most important part of a business so how can we maximize our policies, procedures and create a culture that fits with our identity, vision, and values?  From handbooks to generational differences, we will explore how to make the people who work for you never want to leave and give you their max effort.
